研究了一种具有工业以太网接口的差压质量流量计。该质量流量计利用差压、压力、介质温度组成的复合多功能传感器,以及管道中节流装置进行质量流量测量,通过DSP对差压、压力和介质温度信号进行处理,得到流体的瞬时质量流量和累积质量流量;进行了工业以太网(MODBUS/TCP)接口模块的电路设计和相应的软件设计。*后以水为介质,在不同的节流件孔径条件下进行了质量流量测量,不确定度均为±1%左右。 Differential Pressure Mass Flowmeter with Industrial Ethernet Interface FU Jing-qi,YANG Peng (School of Mechatronics and Automation,Shanghai University,Shanghai 200072,China) Abstract:A differential pressure mass flowmeter with industrial ethernet interface was researched.The mass flow was measured through the multi-functional transducer,which could measure differential pressure,static pressure and medium temperature,and the throttling gear in the pipe.The differential pressure,static pressure and medium temperature signals were processed to instantaneous and cumulate mass flow with DSP.The circuit of the module of industrial Ethernet (MODBUS/TCP) interface was designed.Parts of the float charts were given.For different aperture of throttling gear,the mass flow of the water was measured.The measurement indefiniteness is all about ±1%.
