设计了一种基于MSP430F447的智能型陶瓷电容式压力变送器,给出了其信号获取装置(双电容陶瓷压力传感器)的制备原理、信号调理电路的设计以及单片机软件程序设计。其中,软件程序主要解决了非线性补偿和温度补偿问题,提高了系统测量精度。实验结果表明:研制的变送器线性误差小于0.42%,迟滞误差小于0.48%,零点温漂系数低于2.4×10-4 mA/℃. The basic principle, fabric design, manufacturing technique and performance test of dual-capacity pressure-sensitive component were described in detail. Experimental results indicate that the sensor has many merits such as: the non-linearity error and hysteresis error are within 0.42% and 0.48%,the coefficient of temperature drift is under 2.4×10-4mA/℃.
