CLEAN SNEX电极技术适用于污水石油超纯水等严苛环境

Why SNEX?
SNEX, the revolutionary solutiontotheproblems the traditional porous-liquid-junction pH
sensors encountered, such as: Precipitations bysulphides(H2S)andproteins, failure by
reference electrode coating and contamination orfineparticleclogging, poisoning,
conditions in cold low ionic waters and in ultrapurewaters,etc.
SNEX, solid-state, non-exchange reference electrode system: itusesahighly stable
non-porous polymetric interface in place of thetraditionalporousliquid junction. The
electrochemical active reference area is the wholeoftheoutsidesurface of the electrode,
this super large contact area means that the electrodeissupremelyresistant to coatings.
Poisoning effects are eliminated because thepolymetricreferencematerial is ionicly
conductive, but is not porous, consequently electrolyteandprocessfluids are not
exchanged.
The advanced solid-state nature of SNEX referenceelectrodesmeanthey remain extremely
accurate and reliable across a wide range ofconditions,including:Temperature: 0 to 90ºC,
Pressure: 0 to 20 BAR.

SNEX是指固态、无孔、不交换的参比电极系统,不同于传统的有孔液接界参比电极系统,SNEX应用一个高度稳定,不交换的聚合物界面,作为参比电极与液面接触的整个外表面就是电化学反应区域,大面积的接触区域也就大大降低了参比电极被堵塞的可能性。无孔设计、参比液不与待测液交换就免除了参比电极中毒的可能性。
