布萊迪電阻遠傳壓力表簡 介
布萊迪電阻遠傳壓力表通過儀表內部的滑動電阻發送器把被測值以電量值傳至遠離測量點的二次儀表上,以實現集中檢測和遠距離控制,此外本儀表能夠同時就地指示壓力,(便于現場工藝檢查)。本儀表還可以與膜片隔離器(隔離體)連接,制成電阻遠傳隔膜壓力表,可測量腐蝕性較強、黏度大、易結晶介質的壓力。
BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Through the built-in adjustable resistance transmitter, 840 series gauges can transmit the measured values to the secondary gauges far from the site and achieve the concentrated examination and remote control. Meanwhile, the gauges can indicate the pressure value (for spot technical inspection). It can be connected with deaphragm insulator, making pressure gauge with resistance transmitter, Designed for strong corrosive, viscous and easy to be crystallographic media.
布萊迪電阻遠傳壓力表工作原理
布萊迪電阻遠傳壓力表由一個彈簧管壓力表和一個滑線電阻式傳感器組成,當被測壓力變化時,彈簧管端產生位移,一方面通過傳動系統使指針在度盤上指示相應壓力,另一方面帶動電刷在電阻上滑行,使被測壓力值的變化轉換為電阻值的變化,并傳至二次儀表上指示相應的壓力。
Operating Principle
The gauge is formed by a bourdon tube pressure gauge and a adjustable resistance transmitter. When the pressure is changing, the tube end deformed, and the pointer is to
show the pressure value through the driving system, at the same time, the brush is slipping
on the resistance to transmit the pressure values to resistant values, which is transmited tothe secondary gauge to show the relative pressure value.
