Modular, upgradeable, automatic tool changer which is available in 3, 5, or 9 modules, allows probe/stylus combinations and other probing accessories to be exchanged automatically from probe heads without the need for re-qualification. Perform fast and repeatable exchange of probe/extension/stylus combinations on the CMM measuring head lead to fully unmanned inspection for different parts within the same CMM system configuration.
