分束光栅

分束光栅Diffractive beam-multiplication elements split a laser beam into several beams, each with the characteristics of the original beam except for power and angle of propagation. Focusing multi-spot elements provide a line or an array of identical focal spots located in the focal plane, with spacing between neighboring spots.

分束光栅用于将激光光束分成一维或者二维的分束光栅（光束分束），分束光栅每束光除了功率和传播角度与原有光束不同外，分束光栅其余光学特性都与原光束保持不变。
