光栅分束器

光栅分束器Diffractive beam-multiplication elements split a laser beam into several beams, each with the characteristics of the original beam except for power and angle of propagation. Focusing multi-spot elements provide a line or an array of identical focal spots located in the focal plane, with spacing between neighboring spots.

光栅分束器用于将激光光束分成一维或者二维的光栅分束器（光束分束镜），光栅分束器每束光除了功率和传播角度与原有光束不同外，其余光学特性都与原光束保持不变。
