This antibody is a IgG1 directed against mouse submandibular gland renin. It recognizes mouse renin on cryostat or paraffin sections of the submandibular gland and the kidney. It can be used for immunopurification of renin and for radioimmunoassay of renin.

稀释
Immunohistochemistry: 1:5’000 to 1:10’000. Best dilution to be found by dilution series. Radioimmunoassay: 1:5’000

储存
Reconstitute with 200 µl bidistilled water. Freeze in small aliquots (e.g. 1 or 10 µl) and keep at -80°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing
