Product introduction：SYJ-40 is a 4" Manual Cut-off Saw and is the perfect tool for cutting valuable materials quickly, such as rough crystal, ceramic, metal rod and almost any material before lapping and polishing. The machine is easy to operate, safe, reliable and saving lab space. The frame is made of high-grade plastic ,which makes the machine lighter in weight and corrosion-resistant and rust-free. This machine can not only straight cutting, but also can cut at an angle. The cutting speed is manually controlled, and the sample is cut forward with the advancement of the hand.

Cutting Blade	1. Comes with 2 pcs of impregnated diamond blade of 4" Dia × 0.016" (0.4 mm) thickness× 1/2" arbor, as well as a mini-vise which allows you to handle the sample smoothly. 2. Comes with 10 pcs of SiC blade and 10 pcs of corundum blade to cut soft material, such as stainless steel, Ni, Cu or plastic. 3. For longer cutting life, please use sintered diamond blade, you can order the blade at extra cost.
