Product introduction：PTL-OV5P is a CE Certified Programmable Dip Coater (1-200 mm/min) designed to preparing multilayer coating up to 5 solutions inside a temperature controlled oven with touch-screen digital control. The oven is beneficial to the films drying.Dipping rate, pulling rate, dwell time, and amount of cycles can be setup by touch screen controller. It is designed for R&D Lab to prepare various optical or epitaxial films from liquid solution.The equipment is small in size and saves laboratory spaces. It is easy to operate and suitable for beginners.Therefore, the machine is widely used in nano, chemical, metal and other materials，it is also an ideal tool for Laboratory and factory preparation of film coating.（You can order an micron or nanoscale Dip Coater at extra cost）

Application Notes
|
1. In order to get better film coating, the substrate shall be treated by plasma cleaner .
2. Use ultrasonic processor to disperse nano powder or homogenize solution to get better coating .
3. Liquid solution is placed in the controlled temperature oven with ±1.5℃ tolerance from room temperature to 100℃. Please keep warm at least half hour after the temperature reach the set point on the digital temperature meter to ensure an equilibrium temperature distribution in the liquid solution
