Product introduction：SYJ-D2000 diamond band saw is a CE certified small band saw. It uses loop type diamond band, which has dense diamond granules and sharp cutting edge. Because of the width make it has a long life. It is designed for cutting almost all kinds of brittle materials, especially for ceramics, glasses, jade, marble, concrete,etc. The machine is equipped with a cutting ruler which can rotate at a certain angle,therefore, the machine can not only cut straight line, but also can cut curve or cut at an angle.It has a fast cutting speed , a stable feed speed , a small sample deviation and a flat cutting surface. The machine is widely used in the laboratories of universities, research institutes and enterprise units.

Warning

1. It is required to use proper cutting fluid with the saw to prevent corrosion of the machine components. You can use oil-based coolant or lube cool lubricant with the water. You can also use tap water directly, otherwise, the rusting component is not part of the warranty.
2. Never cut any materials without the use of proper cutting fluid. If you do so, serious damages can be caused by the spooler driving mechanism.
3. Please clean the machine after the completion of each use.
4. If you don't know what is the best cutting speed for your material, please try to speed from low to high. Harder material needs lower speed to avoid band or sample broken.
