Product introduction：MSK-AFA-IIID is a CE Certified compact tape casting coater with a heating bottom designed to produce films with consistent thickness. It has a unique driving system to produce a smooth coating on all types of materials. The flat vacuum chuck is built to hold the substrate sheet in place, One 150 mm thickness adjustable micrometer applicator (doctor-blade) is included for immediate use. Heating plate with the digital controller either on bottom is optional for drying up to 120℃ with +/-1℃temperature accuracy. This equipment can be widely used in various high-temperature coating research, such as ceramic coating, crystal coating, Li-Ion battery electrode coating, special nano coating,etc. which can adapt to the development of film forming technology under high temperature in the future.

Pump connector	1. Vacuum control power switch is located on the front panel, and power plug ( female ) built in the back of the machine to connect an optional vacuum pump. 2. The pump connector is compression type 8mm O.D tube fitting which is located on the back panel (see pic below). An 8mm Dia. x 4ft polyurethane tube is included.
Heating Cover	1. Pre-installed on the Bottom。 2. Built-in digital temperature controller with an accuracy of +/-1°C 3. Suspension support helps open cover easily and safely 4. Max. Heating Temp.: 120℃ 5. Note: In order faster and uniform heating, please preheated vacuum chunk to 60-70℃before coating, and keep heating during coating, then close cover and increase temperature to ~100℃ after coating.
Accessories: Film Applicator	1. One 150mm thickness adjustable micrometer film applicator is included ,with adjustable thickness from 0.01 mm-5 mm. 2. Thickness accuracy:±0.01㎜. 3. Travel Pusher and waste plate are included for pushing the Film Applicator (see pic below-second ). Note: Thinnest film can be achieved is > 10 microns
