Product introduction：SYJ-30QY is a precision sampler for taking cylinder sample or round wafer with 3 - 50 mm diameter from bulk material with max 50 mm thickness. The machine cam take round sample from almost all kinds of materials , such as metal alloy, semiconductor, ceramic and plastics for TEM and SEM analysis. More sample sizes from Ø3mm to Ø30mm can be prepared, no requirement for material shape and surface conditions. The machine has a minimum size of Ø3mm for brittle materials, which is suitable for preparation of TEM samples.
