Caution

1, the use of the cylinder before the screw to loosen (transport screws will be tightened), loose open oil valve, shake the small piston press, empty playcount the air out of the system.

1, no pressure
Reason: oil spill, drain valve did not tighten
Ways to remove: replace the gasket, to solve the oil spill;
Tighten;
Press the big piston to the bottom;
2, down pressure
Reason: oil spill, drain valve mouth lax or oil foreign body, there is residual gas in the big piston
Way out: find the minimum oil spill, and remove it;
Close the service screws, then screw out the oil drain stem, connect the 6mm iron bar with magnet, suck out the steel ball, and use one end of the iron bar to withstand the steel
Pearl, with a hammer smashing light iron exposed end, the valve port is tight, then reset;
Unscrew the screws at the top of the piston and tighten the drain valve handwheel to pressure the liquid oil spill;
3, equipment deformation
Reason: higher pressure, and long-term use, large column nut loose, more than allowed pressure
Way to remove: tightening column or column nut;
Reduce the use of pressure, otherwise it will damage the equipment and safety accidents
