MSG-2051 is a high performance signal generator designed for generating the simulation signal of GPS (Global Positioning System) satellite.
特点
■ Frequency stability of internal reference oscillator is less then 2×10-8
■ Rapid changing out level range is from -80dBm to -149.9dBm.
■ Doppler frequency (1.57542GHz±10kHz) can be digital-set and can be adjustable in 0.1Hz.
■ A reference clock (10MHz) input/output terminals and a 1pps signal input/ (Output on option) terminals are equipped for external synchronizing.
■ The output terminal is DC-cut to able to connect to the powered antenna cable.
■ All NAVI data preset by GP-IB line and also RS-232C.
■ An automatic Z-count increment function is equipped so as to synchronized with real time clock.
■ The front panel operation can be programmed by GP-IB and RS-232C.

■ Digital standard signal generator adopting the DDS method
Owing to the adoption of the DDS method, this MSG-2280 signal generates precise RF frequencies over a wide range of 100kHz to 170MHz in addition to AF frequencies by its built-in AF oscillator.
■ 10ms settling time
Adopting the DDS method ensures a high settling speed of frequencies and the response time is shorter than 10ms.
■ 100kHz to 170MHz wide band
Its frequency range extends over a wide range from 100kHz to 170MHz covering the AM band, FM band, and weather band.
■ Electronic attenuator
Its highly reliable electronic attenuator ensures a long-time continuous use, and the output level (-20dBµV to 126dBµV) can be switched quickly and precisely.
■ An FM stereo modulator is built-in
This unit comprises MONO, MAIN, L, R, SUB, and OFF modulation modes and its L/R separation exceeds 60dB.
■ Multi-functions
This unit can execute AM/FM simultaneous modulation for testing the suppression degree of multi-pass signals.
Its output AGC and limiting sensitivity can be read directly by its ΔdB function.
It can also read the detuning frequency, etc. easily and directly by its ΔF function.Pre-emphasis can be set to OFF, 25µs, 50µs, and 75µs.
■ Memory function and interface
Data of 100 points can be stored and recall out by its memory function.This unit is also provided with GP-IB, RS-232C, and EXTI/O external control interfaces as its standard equipment so that it can be converted into an automatic measuring system.
