SM-1L型砂浆密度测定仪
1、 目的：
测定砂浆拌合物和捣实后质量密度，以确定每立方米砂浆拌合物中组成材料的实际用量。
2、结构参数：

3、试验步骤：
A、试验前称出容重筒重，**至5g，然后将容量筒的漏斗套上，将砂浆拌合物装满容量筒并略有富余。根据稠度试验方法分别用插捣法或震动法，添加砂浆至装满。
B、将筒口多余砂浆拌合物刮去，是表面平整，然后将容量筒外壁擦净，称出砂浆与容量筒总重，**至5g。
C、砂浆拌合物的质量密度ρ(kg/m3) 按下式计算 ：
式中 m1----- 容量筒质量（kg）
m2------容重筒及试样质量（kg）
V------ 容重筒容积（L）
结果以两次试验算术平均值确定，计算**至10kg/m³
注：容量筒容积的校正，可采用一块能覆盖容量筒顶面的玻璃杯，先称出玻璃杯和容量筒。
然后向容量筒中灌入温度20±5℃的饮用水，灌到接近上口时，一边不断加水，一边把玻璃板沿筒口徐徐推入盖严。
应注意是玻璃板下无气泡，然后擦净后连玻璃板称重量。后者与前者之差（以kg计）即为容量筒容积（L）。
