Two scope of application

Four installation instructions

A) drying chamber is provided with both hands and then inserted into the drying room drying room stall fixed splint (on white PTFE pad), five for lockinghandle.

Excluding the six common problems

9, inlet air temperature can not reach the set value, the fan air volume is too large, modify the parameters of fan

10, the air inlet temperature fluctuations, the PID value is not accurate, forinlet air temperature self regulating

The 11 air outlet temperature can not reach the set value, the air flow into thetoo big (peristaltic pump manual), modify the peristaltic pump parameters

12 out of the wind temperature fluctuations, the PID value is not accurate, forair temperature self regulating

13 drying chamber bottom dropping material, inlet air temperature is too lowatomization air pressure too low compressed air feed quantity is too big,increase the temperature of inlet wind device open rear cover plate will adjust the pressure to 2-3Bar (phi 6 Blue trachea) check whether everywhere connection leak modify peristaltic pump parameters

14 needle does not work, the valve is not open air pressure is too small to set too high electromagnetic valve damage needle parameters, open the valve(phi 4 white trachea) adjustable high pressure relief valve pressuremodification through needle parameters for electromagnetic valve

Seven, experiment preparation

1 follow the installation instructions, each component will be installed

2 press the device blue start button, start the blower, the heater is started

The 3 set of inlet air temperature and air temperature value

4 stay out of the wind temperature reaches the set value, the peristaltic pumpautomatically open

5 advanced water, observe the changes of temperature atomization andmaterial, from the new set of fan, inlet air temperature, or air outlet temperature, stay stable rear feeding

Eight, stop steps

1 when the material is used up, will all the material in the water inlet hose after spray (about 5 minutes), close the peristaltic pump

2 close the air compressor

3 turn off the heater

4 until the inlet air temperature dropped to 90 degrees below, shut down the wind machine

5 remove the aggregate bottle, transfer the material to the other container
