biosensis细胞的来源多样，培养方法也各不相同，凡是来源于胚胎、组织器官及外周血，经特殊分离方法制备而来的原初培养的细胞称之为原代细胞。原代细胞经分散接种之手段称为传代。凡能经传代方式进行再次培养的细胞称为传代细胞。若能稳定生长传至10~20代以上的细胞可确立为细胞系。若有条件能开展单细胞克隆、纯化，经大量扩增后所形成的生物学特性稳定的克隆化细胞群，称之为细胞株或克隆细胞。此过程称为细胞的纯化或细胞克隆。
