　一、简介　Applications

　　1401151单片电磁离合器是干式操作，钢磨擦表面。被广泛应用于机械传动系统，如扫雪车，机械工具。当主动侧还在运转的时候，离合器的从动侧可靠地接合与分离。没有空载力矩。接通与释放时间短。

　　14011150 singledisc electromagnetic clutches are dry operation,the friction surface is made of steel.It is widely used in machinery transmission system,such as snow sweeper,machine tool.The clutches,can realize the driven part to be combined or separated while the main part is still running.There is no drag torque,the engaging and disengaging time is tiny.

　二、工作条件 Working conditions

离合器能可靠地运行以下状况：

1、海拔不高于1000m，相对湿度低于90%，环境温度在-15℃～40℃之间

2、周围介质中，无足以腐蚀金属及破坏绝缘的气体及尘埃

3、绝缘等级为B级，电压波动不超过+5%和-15%

4、保证气隙，摩擦表面无油污

　三、结构与工作原理　Overall and Istallation Dimensions

1401151电磁离合器有磁轭，线圈，挡板，衔铁，弹簧，联结组成（见附图说明）。当线圈通电时，磁通形成，衔铁被吸合，完成传递动力。当线圈断电时，磁通消失，衔铁弹簧作用下复位。

　四、安装　Installation

注意事项

◎ 摩擦片及衔铁表面不得有油污，必须保持清洁。
◎ 安装时必须保证气隙"δ"
◎ 齿轮套不得有轴向窜动
◎ 安装后必须旋出空心螺栓锁紧在电动机后端盖或法兰盘上

Warning

Eriction disc and armature surface should be kept clean and free of grease.
When fixing,the airgap"δ"should be kept to the specified value.
The gear hub are not allowed to move along axially.
Turn the hollow bolt so that it is fixed on the back cover or the flange plate.
