电线加热变形试验机 ND-9935

电线加热变形试验机用来测试塑料及电线皮等材料的热变形程度。特定温度下，将试件于试验机内自由置放30分钟后，再夹在本机平行板间，加规定之荷重，同温度再置放30分钟，用量表量取其加热前后之厚度差，该厚度差除以加热前厚度，即为变形率。符合UL1581、GB2099标准试料本机一定温度中，加热 30 分钟后，夹在本机平行板间，加规定之荷重，

于同温下再经 30 分钟，然后以加热前后之厚度差，除以加热前厚度，以百分比为单位，即为变形率。

This machine is used for the heat deformation test of power cords。Put

 specimen into test chamber of this machine under a certain temperature

for 30 minutes，then clamp specimen between two parallel plates，the

upper plates being subject to a constant load under the same temperature

for 30 minutes。Afterwards，the differential thickness before / after

heating is divided by the thickness before heating and multiplied

by % for being unit，that is deformation。
