| Description: | The Luc.H11 antibody reacts with murine and human integrin beta3 chain (GPIIIa, CD61). This glycoprotein non-covalently associates with the alphaIIb chain (CD41) to form the activation dependent platelet receptor for fibrinogen, von Willebrand factor, fibronectin, and vitronectin. Alternatively, it associates with the alphav chain (CD51) to form the integrin alphav beta3, that mediates adhesion to vitronectin, vWf, fibrinogen, and thrombospondin on platelets, monocytes, activated lymphocytes, and granulocytes. |
