Function	G-protein coupled receptor for 5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin). Plays a role in intestinal smooth muscle contraction, and may play a role in arterial vasoconstriction. (Microbial infection) Acts as a receptor for human JC polyomavirus/JCPyV.
