产品说明：小鼠CD19微珠用于从外周血和其它组织（如骨髓、**结和脾脏）中阳性选择或去除小鼠B细胞。CD19从早期B祖细胞开始表达，见于B细胞系发育全过程，终末分化为浆细胞时表达下调。
应用：CD19微珠分选的B细胞可用于体内印迹法（footprinting）研究B细胞发育过程中增强子的可插入性。纯化B细胞的提取物可用于在无细胞体系中分析V（D）J基因重排的条件。此外，从分选的B细胞中提取的mRNA可用于基因芯片法分析B细胞发育过程中转录因子的定量表达。
