Specificity:
The Histone H3 (tri methyl K79) mouse monoclonal antibody can recognize endogenous Histone H3 (tri methyl K79) proteins.
Immunogen:
Mouse monoclonal antibody is prepared by immunizing synthetic peptide coupled to KLH.

H3K79 methylation is one of the gene activation markers. DOT1L methyltransferase usually involves in H3K79 methylation, playing essential roles in embryonic development, hematopoiesis, cardiac function and the development of leukemia.
To detect marker H3K79 methylation status, pick from our H3K79 polyclonal antibody series or H3K79 mouse monoclonal antibody series.
