1,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D3 (DHVD3) Antibody Pair for use in Sandwich ELISA assay development. The 10 × 96 tests size contains:
- 400 μg 1,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D3 (DHVD3) rabbit polyclonal capture antibody,
- 100 μg 1,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D3 (DHVD3) Biotinlylated Competitor,
- 1 μg 1,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D3 (DHVD3) standard.
Target 1,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D3 (DHVD3) Reactivity Human Tested Applications ELISA Recommended dilutions Dilute the Capture Antibody 125-fold with Coating Buffer.
Dilute the Biotinylated Competitor 200-fold with Detection Antibody Diluent. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.Form Liquid (Capture Antibody and Detection Antibody) Reconstitution Reconstitute the standard with Standard Diluent.
