衷心感谢您选购ZNZ型智能竹节纱控制器。在选购本设备之前，请先熟读说明书，这样有利于你正确的发挥本装置的优良功能。该装置适用于各种普通或中长纤维的纯纺或混纺．*短节长能纺2cm，*长任意，*短间距2cm，*长任意，*大粗度为6倍．适配细纱机机型：FA502、FA503、FA504、FA506、FA507、FA512、FA513、FA515、FA528等国外机型,或根据细纱机机型设计。

1、断彩竹节纱和普通竹节纱的纺纱模式
1、The spinning mode of break color and normal Slubby Yarn
纺断彩是通过控制后罗拉的喂入和停止进行断彩纺纱。普通竹节纱模式是通过控制中后罗拉的加速实现。
The break color Slubby Yarn is spinning by controlling the feeding and stopping of retral roller. The normal Slubby Yarn is spinning by controlling the accelerate of the middle and retral roller．
2、完善的质量报警系统
2、The perfect system of quality alarm
该功能是生产上等竹节纱的一个可靠保证，它提供了生产过程中的所有故障或其他不正常纺纱报警，包括：生产质量报警、电气故障报警、机械故障报警、设定工艺参数不当和其他不正常纺纱报警。一旦出现异常的情况，计算机就会启动报警系统，面板显示灯亮，同时显示屏上显示故障原因和可能出现的问题，以及如何检查，如何处理故障的教程。
The function is the reliable guarantee to spinning high quality Slubby Yarn．It offers all the fault in production and other abnormal spinning alarm，which includes quality alarm、electric fault alarm、mechanical fault alarm、parameter designed unsuitable and other abnormal spinning alarm．Once

3、采用位置控制方式

本装置采用伺服电机的高精度定位控制方式。它是以脉冲的方式来工作的，一个脉冲运行一个固定角度，360’后误差归0。因此参数设定中直接输入节长、节距，并且节长、节距长度的可靠性、稳定性，得到保证。

4、前罗拉质量跟随技术
4、The follow technology of the front roller quality
本控制器是将前罗拉和中后罗拉完全独立传动。它们之间是通过无触点的传感器来实现前罗拉和中后罗拉的完全跟随，所以在纺纱过程中所有细节都处于计算机的监控之下，并提供效正或报警。整个纺纱也基本无需更换牵伸牙，更换工艺品种也是相当简单。
The control makes the front roller run independently with the middle and rear roller which is followed by the sensor without touch．It makes all the details In the control of machine and apply adjust and alarm．It is no need to change the drafting gear and it easy to change technical variety．
5、工艺仓库管理系统
5、Technical storage manage system
纺纱工艺仓库为工艺人员对竹节纱的生产管理带来了极大的方便，它为工艺员提供了200个竹节工艺货架，每个工艺有50组工艺参数组(节长、节距、节粗)可随意调用或存贮及修改，在连续不通电的情况下可保存半年以上，参数不会丢失。
The spinning technical storage helps the technical person manage theproduction of slubby yarn．It applies 200 goods frame and each one has 50 technical parameter(slubby length、slubby space、slubby wide)which can be transferred，kept and changed in random．The parameter can be kept in more than half year without electrify continually．
