该装置主要是由一台进口控制器实现对一台细纱机的控制，纱支一般在5S－80S纯棉、化纤、混纺、毛纺、麻纺等。可以纺制的品种为任意有、无规律、短中长；任意粗细、间距的竹节纱。
其中*短竹节长度为2.0cm，*长任意；*短间距为2.0cm，*长任意；*大竹节粗度为６倍。
适配细纱机机型有：经纬、上海二纺机、马佐里、鸿基、舟山凯灵、无锡纺机、青泽、丰田等各类长短车型。

ZNZ-Slub Yarn Spinning System for Ring Spinning
Frame
This Slub Spinning System is a high mech-electrical
technology product, which is driven and controlled automatically by
number-servo control system, automatically controlling the whole spinning
processes (including Slub length, pitches and thickness). It is very easy for
customers to develop new products and change spinning processes, almost no
limit at all.
It is very easy for customers to edit the program for the
spinning processes. You can directly edit the program on the Touch-screen on
site and you can also edit the program on your computer at your office, and
then copy it to the system by a movable disk.
