Introduction:
Primary mouse tail-tip fibroblasts (TTFs) are derived from ***** young mice. Under right condition, these cells can be cultured and maintained for 2-3 passages without senescence. PrimCells,LLC is proud to isolate and provide the primary cultures of TTFs from transgenic mice carrying IRES-GFP gene in their endogenous Pou5f1 (Oct4) locus. Oct4-GFP TTFs is used as a powerful tool for mechanistic study of somatic reprogramming due to their terminal differentiated state 1. When these cells are fully reprogrammed, iPSCs will become GFP+, which makes it easy to identify true iPSC clones and evaluate efficiency of different approaches. They are a great choice for your reprogramming researches.
