1，控制精密。机组采用比例积分控制方式。通过检测机房的温，湿度的变化速度来判断机房的发热量和散湿量从而调节机组对热量和湿度的工作量和反应速度。打破了原来的“死点开，停”的控制方式，保证了机房要求的高精密的温湿度。
