8-羟基脱氧鸟苷定量试剂盒,适用于定量任何种系8-OHdG

活性氧(ROS)自由基可以直接攻击生物大分子DNA诱发DNA氧化损伤。在各种氧化损伤中,鸟苷是DNA核碱基中*易被氧化的碱基,羟基自由基和超氧阴离子会直接攻击DNA分子中鸟嘌呤碱基的第8位碳原子,从而生成氧化性加合物8-OhdG(8-羟基脱氧鸟 苷)。

8-羟基脱氧鸟苷试剂盒原理

 

DNA包被特殊处理带有高DNA亲和性的微孔板上,8-OHdG通过捕获抗体和检测抗体来检测.通过酶标仪可以检测结果.大量得8-OHdG与光密度值成比例.
