杭州伏达UI9600 晶体管热敏参数筛选仪

功能 Characteristics：
◆ 常温下测量的参数 Parameters measured under normal temperature:
    放大倍数β(0~99)
    开关时间 Switching time T (0.01μs~99.9μs)，包括上升时间，存储时间，下降时间 including Tr，Ts，Tf
    饱和压降VCES (0~2V)，正向压降VBE (0~2V)
    漏电流 Leakage current ICEO (0.1μA~3mA)
    耐压 Withstand voltage BVCEO (50V~650V)
◆ 高温下测量的参数 Parameters measured under high temperature: β, VBE, ICEO
◆ 对比常温和高温下的两次测量结果，对β、VBE、ICEO 三项参数变化量超过一定范围的管子以声光报警，予以剔除 
    Compare the results of β, VBE , ICEO measured in normal and high temperature, the selector will alarm to those 
    variations exceed the preset limits so that operators can pick them out
◆ 对T、β进行分档，可显示批号；对VCES、VBE、 ICEO、BVCEO 及热敏参数进行超限判断，不合格的声光报警， 并指示不合格项 
    Pre-set grouping values for T & β, selector can display group number and alarm when measured values  of VCES,
    VBE, ICEO and BVCEO exceed the limits, meanwhile indicating the unqualified item
◆ 测试条件可按要求自由调节或设定 Freely adjusting or setting of test conditions according to requirement
    A. β测试 β testing: Ib 注入电流有三档 three different Ib current: 0.1mA, 1mA, 10mA
    B. 开关时间测试 Switching time test:  Ic 电流有四档 4 different Ic current: 0.5A, 0.25A, 0.1A, 0.05A
                                                                        对应 Ib 电流为 the corresponding current Ib: 0.1A, 0.05A, 0.02A, 0.01A
    C. 对晶体管加热条件 Heating condition for transistor:
    加热电压 Heating voltage: 5~20V      连续可调 continuously adjustable
    加热时间 Heating time: 0~9.9s          连续可调 continuously adjustable
◆ 分档、超限判断可自由设定，掉电自动保存，仪器能够同时保存20组数据，使用时只要调出其中一组即可
