电光调制器简要特点如下：

(lower loss option < 3 dB and < 2 dB)
• Broadband Traveling-wave Mach-Zehnder-
Interferometric Modulator
• Bandwidth 12Gb/s; (20/40Gb/s available )
• Drive Voltage <4.5V standard, (<3.5V option)
• Separate RF (data) and DC Bias electrode
• Option: Integrated Polarizer, Photodetector
• Phase modulator version also available, with
Vπ<5V (std.) and <3.0V (Opt.), no DC port
