ECM630是一款指数衰减波电穿孔仪,它可以允许用户在大范围内灵活地选择时间常数,从低压模式的8300RC到高压模式的126RC,ECM630允许对实验方案进行优化,可算是同等级别产品中的佼佼者,用户也可利用其它品牌的电穿孔仪的实验方案进行实验。
可靠性
低电压模式下大于8300RC时间常数,高电压模式下126RC时间常数,以及准确的电压分辨率,保证了对原核(bacteria)、酵母、植物以及部分动物细胞操作参数的优化。
可操作性
为用户提供主要电穿孔参数的定义:电压、电阻和电容可调,保证了衰减波衰减时间的可条形,有更广泛的应用范围和高的转化效率。
可编程性
可保存两组电脉冲参数:电压V、脉冲数n、脉冲长度t、脉冲间隔时间。
监控显示
可视的电压V、 脉冲数n、脉冲时间t、脉冲间隔时间,使参数的优化、故障的排除和记录成为可能。
**性能
电弧淬灭功能,使由电弧引起的损害降至很低;短路保护,避免脉冲发生器遇到短路时被损坏。
兼容性
BTX各种专业电穿孔和电融合电极,BTX MOS多孔板电传孔系统,VIP3000监测系统;脚控开关,其它品牌的电穿孔系统的实验方案可以参考应用。
