ECM® 2001+是ECM2001的升级产品,属于一台多功能的细胞电融合和电穿孔仪器。ECM® 2001+能够快速高效制备杂交瘤细胞和进行核移植操作。独特的交流正弦波使细胞在双向电泳作用下排列到一起,然后在微秒级时间内转换成直流方波使其融合,融合后又一个短暂的交流脉冲稳定杂合细胞的融合状态,大大提高了细胞融合的效率。相对于ECM2001,交流频率可调节范围更大,使电融合效率更高。
ECM® 2001单独发生直流方波脉冲,可作为电穿孔系统,结合多种专业电极,适用于各种要求的电穿孔实验,广泛用于离体和活体电穿孔。
