Cosmetics Testing

Our Chatillon digital force testers, test stands and gauges are used around the world in product development and manufacturing for testing the properties of cosmetics, their associated packaging and forces required to remove the cosmetics from their packaging.

For more complex testing routines, Lloyd Instruments materials testing machines and NEXYGENPlus material test and data analysis software are available to provide a variety of testing methods that conform to international and industry standards. NEXYGENPlus software also provides security and audit trail features, which help our customers conform to FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
