猪水肿素(O139)抗体产品介绍：Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. 大肠肝菌-志贺样**Ⅱ型变异体，又名猪水肿素（Shiga-Like Toxin Type II Variant）猪水肿素(O139)抗体，为病原性大肠肝菌的**-SLT-IIe属于类志贺氏**家族成员。该**与其家族其他成员有着较高的同源性，SLT-IIe为VTEC(或SLTEC)所产生的一种蛋白质性质的细胞**，是引起人和动物出血性腹泻和猪水肿病（仔猪、羊）的主要毒力因子。常见病原菌的血清型是O139。 猪水肿素主要引起猪水肿病又名猪胃肠水肿。是由病原性大肠肝菌的**引起断奶仔猪的一种急性散发性**。主要表现为突然发病，猪水肿素(O139)抗体运动共济失调，惊厥，局部或全身麻痹及头部水肿。剖检变化为头部皮下，胃壁及大肠间膜的水肿。
