Seems to be part of an atypical cullin-RING-based E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex. In vitro, complexes of CUL9/PARC with either CUL7 or TP53 contain E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase activity. Subcellular Location: Cytoplasm. Tissue Specificity: Ubiquitously expressed in all tissues with highest expression in testis brain and kidney. Post-translational modifications: In vitro, PARC蛋白抗体self-ubiquitination in the presence of E1, E2 and ubiquitin. Neddylated. Similarity: Belongs to the cullin family. Contains 1 DOC domain.
