RNF149 (RING finger protein 149), also known as DNAPTP2 (DNA polymerase-transactivated protein 2) or E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RNF149, is a 400 amino acid single-pass membrane protein that contains one PA (protease associated) domain and a single RING-type zinc finger.
